As the New Year approaches most of us are granted the hypothetical fresh start. January 1st is the chance we have to review the events of 2009 and see where we went wrong, or where we went right. We will dwell on our failures, wince over missed opportunities, sigh and shake our heads about having one too many Shirley Temples at the company Christmas party. Competitive nature influences us to focus on these trivial mishaps; but if we can focus on our successes and accomplishments it will make planning for 2010 all the more inspiring.
How will you build on what you have already done? Where will your inspiration come from? Why are you reading this? Regardless, we hope your 2009 reflections are satisfying and filled with gladness, while your 2010 projections are motivating and filled with ambition.
